“Empowerment through Entrepreneurship”
San Francisco Disability Business Alliance (SFDBA) helps individuals with disabilities achieve economic self-sufficiency through small business ownership and entrepreneurship.
By providing access to business development support, nurturing entrepreneurial initiatives, guiding with registrations and certifications, and by advocating for effective local government policies, SFDBA ensures that individuals with disabilities have an equal and inclusive opportunity to make their mark in the business world and that the Bay Area benefits fully from the expertise, diversity, and innovation these businesses and individuals have to offer.
What we do
Inspire people with disabilities to start their own business
Empower them through training, counseling, mentoring and access to an incubator space
Build a powerful and integrated community to exchange ideas and collaborate
Advocate for programs and policies to better serve and support disabled-owned businesses

“One in ten San Franciscans reports a disability. Almost half of people are under age 65.
Investing in this community is important for the future of our City.”
